Directions to Fort Fremont
Directions to Fort Fremont from Beaufort, SC: Follow US Highway 21 East to Frogmore, SC (towards Hunting
Island State Park). Turn right at the stop light onto Martin Luther King Boulevard and proceed 7.75 miles. The entrance to
Fort Fremont Preserve, a Beaufort County Park, will be on the right.
Note that Martin Luther King Boulevard becomes Lands End Road after passing the Penn Center. Continue out past
Mixson Road to the Fort Fremont Preserve sign. Turn right and drive through the parking area to Bay Point Road.
